TELLER, SELECT
SUMMARY
1/ST Technology is seeking two Tellers (Select) to perform daily transactions and processes and related work in support of daily operations. This position utilizes business applications and the appropriate technology to perform routine activities. This role provides internal customer service support that achieves quality and customer service goals.
BASE WORK LOCATION: Position is based at the Xpressbet (Washington, PA) office location. Position classification is "REMOTE"
POSITION STATUS: Full-time
COMPENSATION/PAY RATE: $16.00 per hour and includes a competitive bonus opportunity.
HOURS OF WORK: Hours Vary - includes holidays and weekends based on business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Assists US and Canadian customers with wagering via phone through multiple wagering systems
- Assists VIP and Priority customers with wagering and inquiries via phone
- Assists Elite and Select level customers with wagering, deposits, information, and other customer service inquiries via phone
- Facilitates wagering to high value customers by skillfully managing multiple systems and tasks
- Provides additional customer service support during extended operating hours
- Accurately inputs customer wagers
- Performs data entry and maintains and updates data files
- Completes tasks within defined time frames and at the appropriate quality and customer service levels
- Coordinates the submission of time critical information
- Understands essential functions and how individual performance affects department metrics
- Provides internal/external customer service support in achieving customer service goals and objectives
- Responds to problems and provides basic solutions based on prescribed guidelines and procedures. Directs issues or concerns to the applicable team member or group for resolution
- Maintains established phone standards
- Utilizes company systems and follow protocols to assist high value customers in a customer service capacity
- May perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of six (6) months experience within a call center environment
- Ability to handle routine aspects of day-to-day duties with moderate supervision
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts and learn deliverables of the position
- Must work effectively as an individual team member and as a member of a team
- Possesses strong customer service skills with a high level of professionalism and the ability to work with complex situations
- Demonstrates the ability to work in high-stress situations without sacrificing customer service or level of detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Maintains professional integrity at all times
- Demonstrates and maintains flexibility and adapts to changes within industry and company
- Proficiency working with Windows based computers.
- Willing to be flexible and work hours necessary to achieve individual, team and/or business goals
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Preferred Experience and/or Education: Knowledgeable in technology, horse racing, regulations, fixed-odds and/or pari-mutuel wagering, gaming, sports wagering and/or experience in a start-up environment is a plus.

- This position does not have supervisory/management responsibilities.

- Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive base salary, bonus opportunity and benefits.
