Job Description Summary:
A RBT provides ABA therapy to kids, teens and adults on the Autism Spectrum. Registered Behavioral Therapist must safely follow BIPs ( behavioral intervention plans) as written and communicated by the BCBA. RBTs must take accurate data utilizing the data collection software or process provided by Concept Connections. Employees must maintain all relevant credentials and certificates (RBT, CPR, First Aid, Safety Care) sometimes with assistance of other Concept Connections employees. RBTs implement program procedures written and communicated by the client's BCBA and provide feedback, collaborate and communicate with their peers, managers, BCBAs and other professionals of various disciplines ( Speech, Physical, Occupational therapist and more). RBTs work directly with clients and interact with caregivers, they must communicate excellently, tactfully and respectfully while remaining in their scope of their credentials, RBT ethics and Concept Connections policies. Employees must adhere to all RBT ethics outlined by the BACB and Concept Connections policies outlined in the Concept Connections employee handbook.
