We are currently looking for a Full Time Foreman to join our Housing Maintenance Team B Unit 3 team located at the Chickasaw Nation Housing Division Ardmore Office working .

- Assists / helps perform major and minor carpentry work including the following: hang sheet rock; tape and bedding; trim work; install both primary and storm windows; framing; lay floor tile; install ceramic tile; Roofing: both patch and new; and cabinet work
- Monitor operations and conduct routine and on-going assessment of the building systems operations and performance
- This position is expected to have the skills set required to self-perform the repair and maintenance of building infrastructure systems, other than major OEM tear down maintenance
- Installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing/piping equipment, machinery and controls located in the interior and exterior of building
- Capable of servicing all refrigeration equipment and air conditioning up to 1000 Tons industrial Centravac chillers
- Mentors, coaches, develops and assists in training in assigned area
- Assigns, reviews, monitors and ensures performance of assigned staff for area of responsibility
- Participates in candidate selection process
- Assigns tasks and responsibilities of assigned staff
- Reviews and documents work effectiveness of assigned staff
- Coaches and corrects assigned staff through performance deficiencies
- Observes and documents work behaviors of assigned staff
