Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely, professional and compassionate manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information - Complete customer's Intake Sheet/ Doctor notes, Medical records, Insurance Verifications, Plan of service, Referrals
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products or services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is highly desirable
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
