**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the standards of our establishment. **Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the resort/hotel facilities and services - Assist guests with reservations, both in-person and over the phone - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Manage guest requests promptly and effectively - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as required **Experience:** - Previous experience in guest relations, hotel management, or customer service preferred - Familiarity with front desk operations, including phone systems and night audit procedures - Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, interacting with diverse guests from around the world.
