Job Summary
The State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) is responsible for providing direct care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as ambulation, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor residents' health and well-being and report any changes to the nurse
- Complete documentation and reports as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current state certification as an STNA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and transfer residents
