Responsibilities:

- Manage office calendars and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming calls and operate phone systems
- Support customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- File, organize, and maintain office documents
- Type, transcribe, and distribute correspondence as needed
Requirements:

- Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
