JOB SUMMARY
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities include providing quality nursing care in conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of nursing practice. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with clinical, operational and administrative teams to deliver quality care, develop and coach others as needed
Serve as resident advocate
Provide routine and open communications among residents, patients, families and staff partners
Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently
Create positive resident outcomes
