JOB DESCRIPTION: BCoH Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) working Monday to Thursday mornings in the Bester Health Center.

- Position Overview (General Duties, Responsibilities and Reports) * The general duties of the Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner are to assess and provide medical care, treatment, education and direction as needed for Bester Health Center patients
- The Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner reports directly to the Executive Director and Medical Director
- Essential Job Functions (Define Tasks of Successful Performance) * Provide acute health care for the Bester Health Center
- Prescribing and Dispensing Drugs and other Medications to Patients
- Refer patients to appropriate licensed physicians or other health care providers
- Provide Emergency Care as needed
- Obtain and Maintain CPR Certification
- Adhere to and support the policies as mandated in the Employee Manual and other regulation requirements
- Participating in Educational and Clinical Programs within the community that support the Bester Health Center and the Clinic’s missions
- Non-Essential Job Functions (Other Tasks that are not specifically Related to Essential Job Functions) * Participate in discussions with other Clinic Staff concerning the review of medical diagnosis and the corrective measures required
- Sign off on records as needed to document accountability of evaluation and care given
- Maintain and abide by OSHA and HIPAA as required
- Maintain a Professional and Safe Atmosphere of the Bester Health Center through sanitary practices, safety awareness and regulation compliance
- Education / Work Experience Requirements (Training Required to Perform Essential Job Functions) * A minimum education of a Masters Level of state licensure as CRNP including DEA and CDS Certifications
- Minimum work experience of 2 Years as a CRNP preferred but not required

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
