Position: Resident Account Representative (Seasonal Position)

We are looking for someone to join our Finance & Accounting Team in the role of Resident Account Representative (Seasonal Position). What you will do:
- Execute vacates within the 14-day regulatory timeframe; all move-out charges properly applied against the security deposit with remaining refund generated and issued via EFT or check
- Execute responsibilities in line with standard operating procedures to support the team's workload and meet/exceed key metrics for customer service levels (open tickets, etc.) and lease administration functions (14-day refund)
- Provide high level of customer service to our residents and internal business partners daily via email ticketing system, regular and timely communication updates are required through to closure.
What you should have:
- Basic understanding (2+ years) in Accounts Receivable preferred. A proven track record of delivering results is required. Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too.
- Knowledge of MRI accounting software a plus.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook.)
- Ability to multi-task under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- A flexible schedule, as occasional overtime will be required.

Hourly Rate: $22.00 -$24.00
