Responsibilities:-
Assist in Maintaining accurate cash balances for multiple accounts

Reconcile bank statements to the GL monthly for multiple accounts in a timely manner

Prepare documentation & set up new accounts as needed
-
Establish & maintain working relationships with multiple banks
-
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
-
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
-
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
-
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
Requirements:-
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
-
Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
-
Accuracy and attention to detail
-
Aptitude for numbers
-
Well organized
-
Flexibility & willingness to undertake new tasks as the position evolves

Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
