Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in hospitality or hotel management
- Proficiency with phone systems and basic office software
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of guest services best practices
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Understanding of hospitality management principles
