Port City Air (PCA) is a full service and multi-faceted aviation service company located at Portsmouth International Airport with operations running 24/7.
As a Customer Service Representative at Port City Air, you will have a front row seat in the exciting aviation industry, and get to meet people from around the world. CSRs provide professional and courteous service to flight crews, passengers, and assists all PCA departments to provide essential support services.
We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent communication and people skills for this position. CSRs are responsible for providing front desk services to guests, undertaking various administrative duties, and always providing a warm welcome and friendly greeting to our clients. The best CSRs will have tremendous patience when dealing with guests and accommodate their every need with enthusiasm and poise.
This is a very busy position where you will need strong multitasking skills. Our CSRs provide professional and courteous service and communicate customer needs to other PCA departments utilizing phone and two way radio.
In this role, we require the flexibility as this position is staffed between 4:00 am - 12:00 am, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.

Administering proper paperwork for pilots and crews.

Providing front desk/concierge services to guests.

Processing payments.

Coordinating aircraft services with Line staff.

Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport, hotel and
restaurant advice, book rooms and car rentals. -
Accommodating general and unique requests.

Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
-
High school diploma or GED.
-
Previous aviation experience but not necessary. Increased starting pay will be considered for previous aviation experience and/or transferable and verifiable prior work experience.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule - mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and holidays as we are a 24/7/365 operation.
