We are seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to join our new aesthetics and wellness Med Spa. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, preferably in aesthetic practice. The selected candidate should have experience in creating and sustaining a positive culture of hard work and accountability, as well as fostering an enjoyable workplace environment. The manager will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and lead by example in addressing practice opportunities and challenges. Proficiency in overseeing aesthetics practice marketing programs, social media campaign, payroll management, HR management and team leadership and management experience.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the management of day-to-day activities at the practice
- Manages patient expectations and ensure best-in-class client experience
- Oversee office logistics including but not limited to the phone system, office graphics and ensure alignment with practice culture of excellence and high-quality patience experience
- Work with marketing coordinators and consultants to build, manage and sustain a robust marketing growth plan
- Oversee purchasing and management of practice inventory and supplies
- Ensure proper invoicing protocols are followed and staff are well-versed in Practice’s product and treatment offerings
- Lead sales initiatives by setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies
- Work closely with the Director of Aesthetics to ensure the practice is functioning efficiently and client satisfaction is a top priority
- Responsible for staff hiring, onboarding, performance review and overall management and supervision of all staff
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and training programs
- Oversee practice schedule management, timesheet compliance, process payroll and develop collections report, as required
- Other duties as required to support ownership team, and to achieve the goals of the practice.
APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum three years of proven work experience as an office manager in a medical spa, plastic surgery or Dermatology office
- Strong leadership presence with an ability to coach and manage team members through complex work-related issues
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Demonstration of astute and professional demeanor
- Successful experience of motivating and inspiring organizational teams to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) data and administrative processes
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the overall client experience
- Bachelor’s degree is a requirement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
