This is a remote work position, without set hours. As a property manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of single-family rental properties. You will have a team of assistants helping you oversee all aspects of the property management, including property make-readies, advertising and leasing, maintenance, lease compliance, renewals, etc. You will be rewarded for high performance, and you will have the opportunity to earn additional commissions from sales and leasing. Compensation:
$65,000 - $85,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process
- Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction
- Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met
- Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases
- Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
Qualifications:-
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- No set schedule, but must be able and willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary to complete the job satisfactorily
