Job Description:
JD Sports Sportswear Store is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to join our team. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers through phone interactions. Your goal will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, returns, and general assistance.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and addressing customers' needs in a professional and timely manner.
3. Assist customers in navigating the JD Sports website, locating products, and placing orders.
4. Resolve customer complaints or concerns by investigating the issue, identifying the root cause, and providing appropriate solutions or escalating to the relevant department.
5. Educate customers on JD Sports' policies, promotions, and product features to enhance their shopping experience.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the call center database.
7. Adhere to call center metrics and performance goals related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve customer issues.
4. Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging or upset customers.
5. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
