Job Summary:
Perform biometric processing of fingerprints, photographs, and signatures to meet or exceed program accuracy and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Successfully complete required biometric and data capture processes and paperwork on each customer
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Verify customer identity and scan required documents into the database system.
• Record and track processing time for each applicant and ensure applicants are processed in the appropriate order.
• Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions and make inquiries.
• Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
• Motivate and assist customers with enrollment needs.
• Schedule, assign, confirm, and follow up on inquiries.
• Complete work schedules while arranging a time for walk-ins
• Establishes file, maintains, and retrieve files. as requested.
• Light cleaning
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Perform and assist in the collection process.
• Solve scheduling problems and troubleshoot complex situations.
