Responsibilities:
-9am-5pm
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively in English and to assist customers
- Upsell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer information in the system
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to upsell products and services to meet sales targets
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Warehouse experience/knowledge is helpful
