Job Description:
As a program manager at Ohana therapies, you'll be a pivotal part of our mission. The Program Manager oversees case management, clinical programs, and supervises Behavior Technicians. Duties include data collection, parent training, and implementing individualized programs. In this small but dynamic team, your contributions will make a significant difference in the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee personalized ABA treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA
- Produce accurate clinical programs and reports
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to Behavior Interventionists (BIs)
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to staff and client families professionally and with a customer service mindset
- Monitor client progress and adapt interventions based on data
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and caregivers
- Offer tailored training and support to caregivers with respect to their communication styles and cultural needs
- Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the ABA field
- Cover for colleagues' absences and provide direct therapy if needed
- Maintain a reliable schedule and inspire punctuality among colleagues and families
- Complete paperwork accurately and timely within billable hours
Qualifications:
Minimum Education, Experience & Training Equivalent to:
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA®) OR
- A master's degree in applied behavior analysis, clinical psychology, early childhood education/development, or special education + one year of experience in implementing behavior modification intervention services
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or bachelor’s degree in non-related field plus currently pursuing BCaBA/BCBA and at least one of the following: 1) 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis + one year of experience in implementing behavior modification intervention services 2) Two years of experience in implementing behavior modification intervention services 3) At least 1 year of experience as a program supervisor overseeing ABA Programs.
