- 5+ years’ of reliability and operations experience providing customer-focused operations services to identify, triage, recover and prevent costly service disruption
- 5+ years’ experience managing software support, reliability, or operations engineering teams on large-scale projects that included technical deep-dives and production troubleshooting
- 2+ years’ experience providing support to different software stacks that are actively shifting from reactive to proactive patterns
- Proven experience building teams from scratch and leading operational transformations with a measured focus on quality, performance and data-driven insights
- Proven experience using data, planning and vision to modernize operations programs
- Experience building, conducting and leveraging test programs to improve quality of service over a large distribution of independent services
- Experience leading diverse & distributed teams enabling all members to bring their best
- Collaborative mindset focused on business impact with a proven track record of coaching and inspiring others to achieve desired results
- Comfortable managing distributed teams and working with partners who are globally distributed and rarely localized in one location
- Experience forming strong partnerships and continuous collaboration with engineering teams in product and infrastructure
Able to lead a discussion with senior management and tailor the level of technical detail to suit an audience
