Job Summary:
As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach you will be responsible for coaching OTF workouts and motivating members of the studio while leading them through pre-defined workouts. While leading workouts coaches must be able to motivate members, and have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High energy both on and off the mic
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized while coaching
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
- Must hold current fitness certification from one of the following: ACE, NSCA, NASM, AFAA, ISSA or ACSM.
- Bachelors or Associates degree in an exercise related field is preferred
- CPR/AED certification
- 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of TRX, indoor rowing, HIIT, traditional dumbbell strength training, BOSU and plyometric exercises recommended, but not required.Job Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven ability to coach classes with high energy
- Deliver predesigned workouts in a group setting
- Energize, excite and motivate clients throughout the fitness sessions
- Build class attendance and retain current clientele through extraordinarily coached classes
- Ensure safety of participants in regards to heart rate and exercise technique
- Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels
- Attend monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Provide weekly outreach to new guests and low-usage members
- Represent the OTF brand at community events.
- Adhere to all cleaning protocols

Pay: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour
