About Modern Hops: We are a craft beer & cannabis beverage distributor based out of Alpharetta, GA. Our company is seeking sales and account managers to help market and promote the products Modern Hops sell. This position will lead to opportunity for advancement and promotion within the company. This is a Commission only position. Modern Hops will supply you with training, samples, account targets, and open territories.

Job Title: Account Manager
The Modern Hops Account Manager is responsible for selling and promoting all products in the portfolio. You will be opening new accounts and managing them in in the metro Atlanta area. The Account Manager is expected to be self-motivated and own the success of their own territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve overall sales objectives.
- Grow assigned territory account volume based on specific targets and goals.
- Ensure all sales orders are entered accurately.
- Work with your accounts to keep A/R current.
- Respond to all communications (internal and external) within 24 hours.
- Punctuality and professionalism at all times.
- Participate and engage fully in all work related meetings.
- Be prepared for and available to host suppliers for ride along days.
- Monitor POS, merchandise, and product freshness at all accounts.
- Communicate clearly with accounts about brand awareness, pricing, inventory, etc.
- Conduct staff trainings and tastings at retail and restaurant accounts, fostering greater awareness of the Modern Hops portfolio.
- Regularly monitor supply, demand, pricing, competitive brands, industry trends, and positive/negative feedback, and communicate findings with management.
- Continue your education on all aspects of Modern Hops partner brands production methods, recipes, and beer styles.
- Bring an energetic, cooperative, proactive, self-motivated attitude.
Education & Experience:
- Alcohol industry sales experience a plus.
- Brewery experience a plus.
- Drivers license, a clean driving record, and a car.
Knowledge:
- Understanding of beer styles and production
- Sales closing techniques
- Familiarity with On and Off Premise key business practices
- Brand specific information (history, brewing style, key staff etc.)
- Awareness of Craft Beer Industry Trends

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
