JOB SCOPE:
Responsible for a minimum of 9 hours and a maximum of 21 hours per week with a minimum of 15 contacts with clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, and/or in group settings

Conduct intakes as needed
-
Assess clients’ need for services.

Formulate appropriate treatment plans for clients.
-
Centrally coordinate each client’s psychotherapy with ancillary and combined services when needed.

Maintain current and timely records on all patients in accordance with the PCMH policies and procedures.
-
Perform other duties as may be assigned by PCMH management.

Ability to manage a diverse caseload of clients, including children
-
Competence in various modalities of psychotherapy, including CBT, play therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and supportive therapy.

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to clients and staff.

Awareness and commitment to respective training programs operated by PCMH

Ability to complete documentations in an efficient, timely, and competent manner.

Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Computer literate.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-
LMSW/LCSW/LMHC/LCAT or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in outpatient mental health setting with direct client contact as a psychotherapist.
