Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to join our prestigious law firm specializing in Personal Injury. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression of our firm.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor and direct them appropriately
- Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a neat and presentable front office area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth communication and efficiency
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the operations of the firm
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. We are seeking a candidate with a warm and engaging personality, known for their exceptional friendliness and professionalism. You must have excellent phone etiquette, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, be result-driven and highly motivated. Must be able to work independently. A valid driver’s license is required.

No education required; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
