Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the custodial industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of custodial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Present and promote our custodial services to prospective clients through in-person meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in custodial or related industry.
- Strong understanding of custodial services and the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience)
- Commission: Competitive commission structure with the potential to significantly increase earnings
