The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a range of marketing activities including social media management, advertising campaigns, and email marketing. What You'll Be Doing:
As our Marketing Assistant, you'll be assisting and overseeing some of our client’s digital marketing campaigns, driving client success through innovative strategies and meticulous execution. Your day-to-day/weekly responsibilities include:
- Strategies: Work on digital marketing strategies for our diverse clientele, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Content Mastery: Take charge of editing and scheduling video and written content across platforms, including Facebook, IG, Tik Tok, and YouTube, ensuring each piece aligns with client objectives and market trends.
- Engagement & Growth: Dive into social media and YouTube, engaging with audiences and helping to develop strategies to boost account growth, sales, and audience engagement.
- Email Marketing: Design and implement compelling email marketing campaigns for clients, leveraging your expertise to captivate audiences from inbox to action. Set up automations and customer journeys for our client accounts and help to monitor progress.
- Paid Advertising: Use your ad creation and optimization experience to Navigate the complexities of paid advertising across digital platforms, optimizing for peak performance and ROI.
- SEO & Analytics: Apply your knowledge of YouTube SEO and beyond, analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance visibility.
- Manage and coordinate social media accounts for multiple clients, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with each client’s branding and marketing goals.
- Website Development and Editing: S_ome familiarity with website development and editing is a bonus_, helping to ensure our clients' online presence is optimized.
- Administrative Support: Assist CEO as her administrative assistant, providing comprehensive support and ensuring smooth operations for various projects and multiple businesses.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience: You've got a proven track record in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising. Experience with YouTube platform growth is a huge plus.
- Flexibility: This is a part time contract position offering the freedom to work on your schedule, focusing on project outcomes and delivering exceptional results.
- Skills: You're a experienced with editing software, comfortable with email marketing tools, and have a solid grasp of SEO practices. Your analytical abilities are top-notch, and you're always ready to learn and adapt.
- Collaboration: While you're an independent worker, you thrive in a team setting, bringing creativity, enthusiasm, and a problem-solving mindset to every project. Able to work closely with management to ensure we deliver a phenomenal experience to our clients.
