Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including talent management, employee evaluation, strategic planning, and organization design. This is a critical role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage HR programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and workers' compensation claims
- Lead the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the Paychex HR systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human capital management
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management roles
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proven experience in program management and strategic planning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in the Paychex HRIS systems is required
