We are looking for a dependable individual that is available to work 1 to 2 overnights a week.
Your responsibilities will include checking in guests, handling their requests, and turning the property management system over to the next day. This individual will be expected to work independently be a problem solver. Your ultimate goal is to provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies
