As a Customer Care Specialist, you will interface with customers and prospective customers via inbound calls to resolve customer service issues and schedule first treatment service for inbound calls with prospective customers. Our Specialists provide expert service in a friendly, respectful and efficient manner.
Responsibilities include processing customer orders and sales; provide, receive and notate various information regarding our services. In addition, Customer Care Specialist handle miscellaneous general administrative and office tasks.
The best part? There's no experience needed! You will be provided with expert training when you join our team. We are considering both full-time and part-time applicants.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed upon verbiage.
- Responsible for achieving an acceptable conversion rate of inbound prospective customer calls to customers.
- Communicate effectively with mosquito control specialists, managers and customers to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
- Maintain knowledge of our services, pricing, promotions, procedures and other important issues through management communications, training and meetings.
- Participate in outside sales activities such as Home & Garden shows, parties and Mosquito Authority sponsored events.
Requirements:
- Handle customer inquiries or customer issues which might require deviation from a script.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with current and prospective customers.
- Consistently notate and update all prospective customer calls and customer files in Dispatch Plus with attention to detail.
- Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Provide answers and/or advice to customers based on their situation and customer profile.
- Troubleshoot, research and analyze customer problems with service, billing and appointment scheduling.
- Strong interpersonal skills to speak and connect with prospects, customers and co-workers.
- A team player with a proven ability to consistently bring a positive attitude to the office each day.
