Our Wedding packages represent an outstanding value that are a pleasure to sell and we have the reputation to over-deliver with our outstanding banquet team.
In addition to weddings, we do a large variety of social and corporate events. This position does require weekend work for assisting with your booked weddings in addition to daytime tours/appointments. We are not looking to fill only a Monday-Friday 8-4PM corporate office position.
Job Requirements:
- Meet with clients and sell the venue under the established policies and minimum requirements of the venue
- Possess the ability to demand for the venue to clients in a professional manner.
- Must have full knowledge of all food and beverages on our menus, food terminology & pricing
- Follow up with clients about event details and correctly transferring them to the BEOs & catering software system
- Communicate all event details to the culinary team, staff, managers & chef
- Must have exceptional communication & interpersonal skills
- Must have outstanding hospitality & professional appearance
- Constant desire for self improvement in the hospitality & culinary industry
- Speak with clients about events and offer suggestions to ensure their requests can be met
- Answer phones and email’s promptly, assist customers in a professional & timely manner
- Create BEO’s and provide communication between the office, kitchen & banquet department
- Coordinate appointments and visits to view our space, and scheduling of events on the calendar
- Record pertinent information log and transfer information into customer software program
- Create and revise room layouts for each event
- Prepare and modify event contracts as requested
- Ability to open and close the building

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
