A Leader in the Transportation and Logistics Industry as immediate full time openings for Customer Service / Operations Candidates.
Individuals must have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities include; tracking and tracing customers shipments by online applications, by calling vendors, and updating operating systems. Individual will be responsible for data entry, answering customer calls and requests, tracking shipments, and coordinating shipments with vendors.
Individual must be capable of processing documents quickly, have the ability to quickly and efficiently use a computer for data processing and input, and speak English clearly and fluently.
Individual must have a positive attitude, speak clear English, and demonstrate excellent customer service support via the phone as well as via written communication/emails. Fast paced environment requiring attention to details while handling multiple tasks at once.
Candidate must have a positive attitude and excellent phone and writing skills while communicating with customers, vendors, and coworkers. Individual must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Hours: 10:00am - 6:30 pm
- 2 Years of similar work experience preferred, but not required
- Applicants must have excellent writing and communication skills
