Fairfield Philadelphia-Broomall is currently seeking a friendly individual with open availability to support the housekeeping department.
Essential Job Functions

To assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all hotel standards of service and hospitality

Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short-staffed or during peak periods.

Promptly and effectively deal with guest complaints and requests

Develop a thorough knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, room rates, surrounding area

Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable
-
Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures

Answer and manage incoming phone calls

Stock our Market and Bistro with supplies

Communicate with incoming staff and management by logging pertinent information

Keep maintenance informed of all maintenance needs
-
Must wear proper uniform at all times
-
Be able to move luggage or packages weighing up to 40 pounds

Employee must have reliable transportation and able to work weekends and holidays

Assist housekeeping in downtimes

Perform other duties requested per management

Ensure overall guest satisfaction
Position Requirements
-
Previous hotel experience is preferred
-
Previous customer service experience required
-
Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.

High School diploma preferred.

Understand and communicate in English.

- Work schedule varies and includes working on holidays, weekends.
