PAINT is one of the fastest growing residential repaint companies in the tri-state area. We are looking for Marketing Specialists to help build our first ever Marketing Team. Not only do you have the opportunity to be part of a winning team but you will have the opportunity to earn management positions upon demonstrating ability to work hard, willingness to learn, and to lead by example in the field. The average Marketing Specialist will make between $1,500-$3,180 per week, with the ability to control your own schedule!
Qualifications (Required)
· Smart phone

· You have a valid driver's license and vehicle
Responsibilities
· Generate new leads through various prospecting activities, including community
events, phone calls, canvassing, and customer referrals
· Conduct face-to-face discussions with potential customers around their home
renovation needs
· Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new leads

· Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their
product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet
those needs.
· Maintains records of customer interactions in regard to both follow ups and job
lead ups.
· Ensure the brand has a local presence through activities such as lawn signs, door
hangers, home shows, and other community events
Benefits/Compensation:
Paid Training
$10/hr and 4% of total job sold, (average commission is $165-$200 per job)
· Based on our historical performance we expect ambitious personable marketers
to average 2 leads/hour and 50% of each lead turns into a sold project!
