Position Overview: As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy and operational efficiency of the firm. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize profitability and support strategic objectives.

Evaluate and optimize the firm's use of financial systems, including law firm billing/accounting software.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

Minimum of 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience within the legal industry or professional services.

Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and accounting principles.

Proven track record of driving financial performance and implementing effective financial strategies.

Experience with law firm billing/accounting systems such as Aderant or Elite.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.

Hands-on approach when needed to ensure thorough analysis and problem-solving.
