Receptionist/Admin Assistant
National Indoor RV Centers is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership through excellent customer service and administrative support.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; Saturday hours available/negotiable as overtime.
Compensation: $18 - $20 Hourly
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our store and services; Operate a multi-line phone system and efficiently direct all calls
- Schedule appointments and manage administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork
- Maintain invoice entry processes and support vendors and departments involved.
- Prepare documents for invoicing and credit card reconciliation
- Assist customers with check in/out, and general inquiries
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and uniforms
- Serve as a backup notary; provide notary services
- Foster positive relationships with customers and departments across the organization
- Support Office Admin and other departments; assist with special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with basic accounting tasks preferred
- Possess a positive, proactive attitude and strong critical thinking skills
- Collaborate effectively in a team and adapt to change
Working Conditions:
- Standard 40-hour workweek in a temperature-controlled office setting
- Light physical activity such as walking and standing required
- May require nights, weekends, and holidays if the organization operates extended hours
- Clear vision and ability to use computers required
