Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate Kitchen Supervisor to join our dinner team. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, overseeing day-to-day activities, executing banquet and catered events, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Create memorable catering experiences, ensuring seamless execution of food service.
- Work with the Executive Chef to develop and implement engaging menus for all food & beverage offerings, ensuring a diverse and enticing selection for our guests.
- Directly contribute to enhancing the menu and plating presentation across all culinary venues.
- Collaborate in conceptualizing and executing themed menu nights to enrich the dining experience for our patrons.
- Supervise kitchen staff, guiding their daily tasks to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, conducting regular checks to guarantee the availability of ingredients and supplies.
- Manage the procurement of kitchen supplies and ingredients, considering both budgetary constraints and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to kitchen staff, imparting knowledge on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and sanitation practices.
- Oversee kitchen operations to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain impeccable cleanliness standards.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and effective communication among kitchen staff.
