Executive Assistant / Office Manager
This role requires a mature individual that is highly organized with the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Principal Duties:
This position will perform a wide variety of duties daily including:
· Create professional business correspondence with 100% accuracy
· Set appointments and manage scheduling of company executives
· Calendar and contact management
· Marketing assistance, including website updates, social media and newsletters
· Manage office equipment and vendors - IT, software and copiers including basic troubleshooting
· Support with recruiting, hiring and benefits paperwork for office staff
· Conduct research and respond to client questions
Qualifications:
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook 365, Adobe and other office software
· Highly organized and the ability to keep others organized
· Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities
· Minimum of two years Executive Assistant / Office Manger experience
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Highest level of confidentiality
· Self-motivated, self-starter who does not need direction
