Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for working with commercial and industrial clients to coordinate projects as contracted. Works with the sales, engineering, and installation teams to design solutions for customers while assigning labor, budgeting funds, and procuring materials. Supervisory Responsibilities
- Lead assigned field staff through the completion of awarded projects
- Provide account management practices for customers and demonstrate ability to lead a team of resources to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Provide knowledge of systems, installations, and applications as a mentor to resolve issues and train other resources.
- Create and maintain team environment to promote high performance.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers to create, schedule, and communicate status on contracted projects
- Manage staffing for projects to ensure completion is on time and labor costs are not over budget
- Sell services by estimating and bidding on new construction, remodels, retro-fits, modifications, and upgrades
- Provide complete & timely proposals based on the bid set of documents or customer’s needs
- Provide clear scope of work of what our company is suppling for a complete solution
- Review and submit project billing
- Manage and oversee required project documentation through project completion
- Facilitate and oversee customer training
- Oversee work in progress and monitor employee performance
- Review job costs to ensure project is on budget
- Determine and coordinate accurate project material orders
- Trouble shoot and resolve all project issues
- Attend project meetings
- Complete project review upon completion
- Participate with industry trade organizations

Requirements
- Associates Degree in related field or previous industry knowledge
- Effective leadership skills
- Extensive understanding blueprints and specifications
- Extensive knowledge of the multiple products and services and the application of them.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Visio.
- Proficient at estimating labor and materials for construction projects
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in construction industry knowledge and building automation systems.
- Extensive Time Management skills
- Effective communications skills. Including electronic communication practices.
- Strong keyboarding and basic computer functionality.
- Be able to pass customer required background checks for facility admittance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel regionally

- Ability to travel daily to client locations and work sites

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
