Base Salary Plus Commission

Our NC and SC Branches are looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers and prospects.
We have an excellent compensation program:
**Base salary plus commission, bonus pay incentive, car allowance, cell phone, laptop, 401k and all business expenses paid**

Primary Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Competency in time and territory management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license
- Implement a territory management plan that effectively maximizes time with customers in order to seek new business and enhance customer retention
- Monitor customer satisfaction with service, sales and parts support
- Analyze opportunities, develop strong business relationships via cold calls and follow up on leads for new business
- Respond to customer needs with a total sense of urgency
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files and sales activity information

Who are we seeking?
Experience, Education, and Abilities:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Professional image in word and deed
- Self-motivated fast learner who can combine product knowledge, sales proficiency and good territory management to succeed
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to close the deal
