We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for answering calls, booking jobs, and managing customer interactions with professionalism and priority. Your main goal will be to ensure client needs are addressed promptly, appointments are scheduled efficiently, and all interactions are logged accurately to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Responsibilities:
· Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional manner while maintaining a positive demeanor.
· Efficiently book jobs and schedule appointments, prioritizing based on urgency and availability.
· Manage customer interactions and record detailed notes into our CRM system to ensure clear communication and continuity within the team.
· Work closely with dispatch and service departments to communicate customer needs and expectations.
· Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalate issues as necessary, and follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
· Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry practices and company policies.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· High proficiency in using CRM software and other computer systems.
