Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and friendly manner

Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Provide general support to the office staff and managers as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
