Amida is currently in need of a friendly, proactive Talent Acquisition/Human Resources Generalist to join our team in either a hybrid or remote capacity. In this role, the candidate will have an eye for detail, be process-oriented and work with the Human Resources Team.
What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field

2-4 years of related Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist experience

Support company recruiting efforts. Assist with scheduling interviews, gathering interview feedback, applicant disposition in ATS. Provide additional recruiting support to Talent Acquisition team and assist managers with writing job descriptions and salary requirements

Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs

Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with compliance in ATS and reporting needs as needed

Assist with scheduling and coordinating phone screens, interviews and related logistics

Familiarity with Payroll and HRIS systems; Ability to understand the process, payroll previewing and data entry/changes in system. May run ad-hoc reports and maintain HR data on spreadsheets. Familiarity with Payroll Networks Inc./iSolved and Unanet timekeeping system is a plus

Partner with Payroll and/or provide backup for uploads to 401k and other platforms in liaison with the HR Team

Assist HR Operations team with Onboarding/Offboarding tasks, answering employee inquiries and other general HR duties as assigned

Demonstrated track record of customer-service oriented attitude in a time-sensitive environment, often with deadlines and quick turnaround

Broad knowledge of HR laws, multi-state a plus, and ability to learn and interpret general policies and practices. Manage all required compliance reporting with local, state and federal agencies, benefits providers, auditors, or other entities

Serve as a trusted partner to managers in addressing employee relations and performance matters, flagging matters that may impact the organization

Be able to lend support during surge and peak periods for recruiting and HR tasks

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ideally, GSuite and Slack

A "can-do" attitude and willingness to grow and learn within the HR field!
