This includes a heavy emphasis on self-care and healthy boundaries between work and home life. We have a w2 employer/employee model that allows us add more and more benefits for our therapists as we grow, which already includes medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as CEU reimbursement and licensure renewal reimbursement. W2 also means we withhold all the relevant taxes for you, so no more guessing and paying estimates taxes quarterly.
