Customer Service Representative
Overview of Job
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for processing all incoming customer contact (phone calls, emails, social media contacts, and voicemails), customer orders, product reviews, returns, exchanges, store credits, return to senders, address verifications, and social media.
Competencies
- Complete tasks via tickets
- Operate Ringcentral professionally and accurately
- Accurately navigate and work in Shopify
- Accurately work and navigate through ShipStation
- Type a minimum of 35 WPM
- Have basic computer competency
- Able to open, send, and receive emails. Attach documents to an email. Copy and paste information.
- Browse computer files. Maintain and create files.
- Must be knowledgeable in Google Drive, Google Documents, Google Sheets
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Proper, professional phone etiquette
- Strong written and verbal skills required

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00p.m. This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work.
Travel
- Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Required Education and Experience
- An Associates Degree in Customer Relations is preferred but not required. Two years minimum experience in Customer Service required.
