Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and create customers for life. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert. Exhibit knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
- Leads customers through the entire sales process, such as demonstrating vehicles (including test drives), and guarantees customer satisfaction that aligns with the Company’s core values.
- Works to resolve customer issues professionally and quickly, during and after the sale, and always includes the Sales Manager.
- Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
- Maintains a prospect development system and actively prospects new and former customers.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and how it benefits the customers.
- Assists with other duties as assigned.
- Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager.
- High school degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Associates degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- *Type of Experience Needed to be Successful:
- 1 year of previous automotive sales experience is preferred.
Specialized Skills:
- Basic MS Office Suite knowledge; computer software/internet proficiency.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills within all interactions.
- Must maintain a valid state driver’s license to drive any customer or company vehicle.
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities include giving full attention to what other people are saying, asking questions as appropriate, and managing and understanding others’ reactions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

- Broad knowledge of all types of vehicles.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
