SUMMARY:
The Returns Coordinator works closely with our Warehouse, Sales and Purchasing Team(s) to process and coordinate all customer-returned product from jobsites and returning re-sellable product back to stock. This role involves verifying all O-S-D-W material from supplier shipments and coordinating returns with our vendor partners. This position involves administrative tasks, physical warehouse duties, exceptional organizational skills, and a high attention to detail. Additional responsibility of this role is to provide support to the overall warehouse and purchasing process.
REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to interpret basic construction documents
- 2 years of warehouse experience
- 2 years of electrical experience
- Ability to write and speak in English
- Experience in data entry – both numerical & alphabetical
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working conditions will be standard non air conditioned warehouse environment.
COMPENSATION:
The compensation range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 hourly

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain shipping schedules on projects and update customers daily/weekly
- Track delivery dates & coordinate timely deliveries to job sites
- Expedite material with vendors
- Work closely with Sales to solidify customer relationships
- Process all returned material in a timely manner
- Ability to operate a sit down forklift
