Field Clerk
Act as liaison between jobsite and the main office and vendors.
Conduct on-site observation and spot-checks of work-in-progress to accurately create a daily site diary.
Maintain onsite employees’ OQ’s and training information.
Print and supply daily accountability sheets and applicable JSA’s for the daily tasks.
Maintain and organize documents, manpower, and work orders from all subcontractors.
Provide reports on all on-site matters, including third-party inspections, progress, safety concerns, and causes for delay.
Completing and submitting accurate daily reports, time sheets, weekly reports, and other documentation to the main office from the jobsite. Maintain job-site files, documents, reports, and daily log. Prepare periodic reports as required. Taking photos of all new equipment to site.
Create and maintain various spreadsheets for stone, extra codes, manhours, equipment rentals, weather accumulation, onsite equipment list, gas bottles, and other documentation.
Create invoices for jobsite change orders and extra work reports.
Ordering onsite fuel, equipment, and materials from vendors and/or the ACS shop.
Compile and invoice field Visa receipts, fuel receipts, and vendor account invoices.
Create required One Call permits for the jobsite and maintaining the update on the permit throughout the job.
Obtaining, organizing, and posting all Material Transfer Request (MTRs) the same day received.
Attend third-party inspections as an ACS representative, or in conjunction with the Superintendent, taking detailed notes and pictures of areas being inspected.
Processing and posting progress photographs and descriptions in a timely manner.
Keeping a detailed and organized calendar regarding statistics of the jobsite, One Call updates, inspections, and other vital information.
Maintaining an up-to-date and organized filing system of all the above.
Job activities will also be job specific and subject to be updated due to jobsite tasks.
Requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, including experience with Excel.
Accuracy in spelling, grammar, and content of communication is required for all documentation.
Required to wear and use personal protective equipment on the jobsite.
Must be organized and detail oriented.
