Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Utilize computerized systems for tasks such as order entry and record keeping
- Completion of Work Orders, Invoice customers, receive payments
- Assist accounts department
- Ordering materials and supplies as requested
- Quickbooks knowledge a plus
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in using computers and office equipment
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and customer service principles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with file management and maintaining records
