Objective
The Production Assistant Tier II will assist with participants in reception and moderating tasks for a short-term, onsite Artificial Intelligence data collection project.
Moderator Responsibilities

Operate data collection equipment
-
Organize and prepare the data collection environment, equipment placements, and perform technical troubleshooting

Assist and coach talent before and during their performance
-
Comply with safety and security requirements (e.g. set lock-down)

Cooperate and report regularly to the Director, Project Managers and other team members
Reception Responsibilities

Greet and sign in participants, verify participant identification and signatures on non-disclosure agreements
-
Maintain site security by ensuring participants lock up electronics before accessing secure areas

Support participant needs for restrooms, water, completing documents, etc.

Keep a safe and clean reception area, maintain supplies, refreshments, and equipment needed for check-in, and communicate any supply needs to the OM

Update participant status on schedule throughout the day, maintain communication with remote SCH team regarding scheduling changes, and facilitate smooth operations by adapting to scheduling changes

Ensure completion, accuracy, and security of participant data
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Previous experience as camera operator or production assistant and/or with technical troubleshooting

Experience in coaching talent

Excellent customer service attitude

Experience in working in a global environment
-
Very organized, self-driven and able to work independently

Outspoken, friendly and have a positive attitude to different people

Experience with Word, Excel, and Google Workspace

Able to work in a highly secure and confidential environment

Ability to speak other languages is a plus
