His & Hers Roofing (HHR) brings originality and authenticity to homeowners by providing them with 5-star customer service during the claims process and providing the service of a full roof replacement with premium quality materials.
Job Functions:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners who are represented by His and Hers Roofing.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Effectively manage conversations
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments
- Review correspondence
- Complete necessary forms
- Complete tasks and properly reflect any encounter/conversation/email/call etc. in AccuLynx (CRM)
- Achieve performance targets
Requirements and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Customer service experience (3+ years required)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn, retain and apply information diligently
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and organization skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer relations skills
- Must be flexible, adaptive, and responsive to change.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid driver’s license
